Jobe designs and builds gear that is meant to be put to the test, wherever your adventures take you. We stand by our products, and offer up to 5 years of warranty.
Warranty Period
Please note that our warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
- Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) are covered for a period of 5 years.
- Towable Tubes are covered for a period of 3 years.
- Infinity Pools & Docks are covered for a period of 3 years.
- Kayaks are covered for a period of 3 years.
- All other products are covered for a period of 2 years.
What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers all new products from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
What’s Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modifications, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by anyone other than authorised personnel.
- Damage caused by not adhering to instructions provided in the product manual.
- Products used for commercial or rental applications.
- Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for us to support any warranty claim.
