Where does Jobe Sports ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. We offer fast shipping Australia-wide and also deliver to New Zealand.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. For New Zealand orders, please allow 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. For orders under that amount, a flat rate will apply. For New Zealand orders, we charge a flat rate of $34.99 AUD.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
Absolutely. We offer 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Please check our Returns Policy for full details.
What warranty do Jobe products come with?
We stand behind the quality of our gear.
- Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) are covered for a period of 5 years.
- Towable Tubes are covered for a period of 3 years.
- Infinity Pools & Docks are covered for a period of 3 years.
- Kayaks are covered for a period of 3 years.
- All other products are covered for a period of 2 years.
Please note that the warranty period begins on the date of purchase. There’s no need to register your gear for the warranty to apply. Your warranty is automatically valid from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey in real time.
Do you sell to businesses or yacht owners?
Yes! We work with boating clubs, charters, and wholesale customers. Contact us at customerservice@jobesports.com.au if you’re interested in B2B orders.

Yes! We hold a range of spare parts for many of our products.
